Honestly, this store let me down. I bought some sticks that were supposed to have Srila Prabhupada’s videos and audios. The video stick didn’t work at all right out of the box, and the audio quality is just terrible. I paid a good amount for these, so I can’t help but feel ripped off.

I've shopped at Krishna Store several times, and every order has shown up quickly and in great shape. What I really appreciate is being able to get the original, unedited books. It's super important to connect with Prabhupada's teachings as he intended, which means sticking to his instructions—like not altering his writings. As far as I know, Krishna Store is the only spot where I can reliably find these authentic editions. I get the feeling that Iskcon might leave bad feedback about Krishna Store since they don't support the original texts. Sure, things can go wrong with any online purchase, but honestly, I've only ever had smooth and professional experiences with them.

I made my purchase in October 2024, but still haven’t gotten my package. Tried emailing them to find out what’s going on, but got no reply. Even when I requested a refund, they ignored my messages. Honestly, I’m really let down by this company.

These folks are not being honest. Their site says everywhere that they're a European store, which is why I placed my order—I needed my stuff faster than two weeks. Normally, shipping within Europe only takes a few days, right? But out of nowhere, I get a notification saying my order is being sent straight from India and will take 10 to 14 days to show up! So, thanks for nothing. Now I don't have what I needed in time for my event. They're just pretending to be a European business to attract European buyers.

Krishna Store sends out orders straight from India. Normally, that’s fine, but they use DHL for shipping, which is where things go sideways. For some reason, DHL can’t seem to handle my address, so my package is just sitting in Indianapolis. I’m not about to drive 40 miles to pick it up, so I’ll be canceling my order and getting my money back through my card company.

I filed a complaint on their website, and Madhudvisa 'Prabhu' replied, basically saying it was my fault for picking the wrong size. My family has been in business for generations, so I get that sometimes sellers just want to move whatever stock they have, especially when it's all 'for Krishna' and whatnot. But they seem to miss the point that people stop buying and leave reviews like this to warn others about what’s really going on at these Krishna shops. Wishing you better luck than I had.
